Repairs:

   Board replacement, holes of all sizes, scratches, water damage, pet damage, sub floor damage, tie in to an existing floor where a wall may have been. 

The picture featured above was a repair as well as a refinish. The floor was sanded and finished with 4 coats of a water based finish.
